…. he only started doing this 3 days ago, he is called Shadow because he follows me everywhere…

Shadow is an awesome dog. He is headstrong and basically like his dad (me) only in “dogform”. He is 4 1/2 months old and weighs 56lbs (25,4KG). Standing only 20,5 inches tall though (at the shoulders), I am not worried though, if he actually is me in dog form, he will be as massive as his dad even though his mum his quite “small”.

He does all commands and I want him to be protection trained as well but haven’t started this yet as he first needs to learn what “stop” means, he is getting there though. He loves his walks, eats loads (and he looks solid and not fat, really weird…) and I am worried that we have to re-mortgage the house to buy him food if this continues…

He loves rough play with me and is quite gentle with our kids. Well the wife doesn’t get why I call him my son but then she is a “cat” lady and not a dog lover like me.

I had him from a very early age and when I chose him, he came straight up to me and licked me hand before submitting (he doesn’t like doing that anymore but trust me, I am and always will be his “alpha”.

The only “annoying” things about him are that he still wants to nip everything (including hands) and that he started chasing his shadow…imagine that, a dog called Shadow, chasing his shadow!
He lives a very charmed life and is with me at nearly all times. Here are some pictures and I hope you love rotties and Shadow as much as I love him!
