Rottweiller has lumps rear top of the front Legs

My Rottie is one year old, and acts like one, he never stops.

Today, i was stroking his legs when i noticed (on each leg in the same place) at the rear top of his legs, a large lump, almost twice the size of a golf ball.

they don’t cause any problems, and are both spongy to feel.

I have no idea if this is normal or not, as they are exactly the same on each leg.

Hi
I’m afraid I’m not a veterinarian, and it’s difficult to visualize exactly what you’re seeing, but it doesn’t sound normal and I’d recommend taking him to a vet for a check up.

They could be cysts of some sort, inflammation and so on, but it’s impossible for me to tell. As they don’t seem to bother him and you haven’t mentioned any other symptoms, then chances are they’re not anything really major, but I’d definitely recommend a vet check up as soon as possible to find out exactly WHAT they are.

Sorry I can’t help more, but I wish you and your dog the best of luck.
