Rottweiler Rescue Groups & Organizations

Rottweiler Rescue Groups give abandoned or rejected Rotties a second chance at happiness.

They spend a lot of time, money and love on ‘their’ dogs and are dedicated to finding each one a forever home, with people who will love and appreciate them.

If you’re considering Rottweiler adoption, or are ready to bring one of these very special dogs into your life then you’ve come to the right place!

On this page you’ll find a list of rottweiler rescues who have dogs (and sometimes puppies) desperately in need of a big dose of TLC.

Some of these groups cover a very small geographical area, others accept and rehome dogs across several states.

The dedicated staff want their dogs to find loving, permanent homes and to be as sure as they can that each dog and its’ new owner are a good ‘fit’.

Check out my Rottweiler Rescue page to learn all about the adoption process, and what sort of preparation/questions you should expect.

How You Can Help Pet Rescue Organizations

If you’re not ready to welcome a homeless Rottweiler (or a dog of any breed for that matter) into your home, there are still lots of ways that you can help.

Pet Rescue Organizations are generally staffed by volunteers, and their funding comes from donations and gifts.

Taking care of abandoned or neglected dogs is expensive! There’s food, vaccinations, routine and/or acute veterinary care, housing, toys… the list goes on and on.

There’s also often a shortage of willing volunteers, and without help Rottweiler Rescue Groups simply can’t function.

You’ll find info. on the type of help each rottweiler rescue organization is in need of on their websites, any and all help is always greatly appreciated.

There are also a couple of more general ways that you can help animals in need below….

Rescue Pet Supply - benefiting the animal rescue community

Rescue Pet Supply (RescuePetStore.Com) is dedicated to benefiting animal rescue organizations throughout the U.S. by selling a quality product, at a reasonable price and donating a portion of each sale to animal rescue.

They opened their online doors in December 2003.

Each time you make a purchase on RescuePetStore.Com you are given the opportunity to select an animal rescue group to receive your donation. 10% of your total purchase will be donated to the animal rescue organization you’ve chosen.

Or, by clicking on The Animal Rescue Site banner below you can help generate funds for the feeding and care of animals in shelters and sanctuaries across the US.

The Animal Rescue Site

It only takes a second and you can do it every single day!

Oh…. and while you’re there, why not check out their amazing online store. Every item purchased there will provide food for a homeless animal.
