a dry head – no loose skin on the forehead of a rotty. its part of the AKC standards for rotty to have dry head.

“Forehead is preferred dry, however some wrinkling may occur when dog is alert”

hope that explain dry head in rott.

another side of having lot of loose skin on forehead also have indirect relation to having eye problems . upper eye lid falling getting into the eys are more seen with dogs with lots of loose skin on the forehead. best example as neo mastiff

Very Handsome …

Odin,

You are a very, very handsome looking example of Rottweiler beauty! Congratulations to your breeder and of course your owner. In India, do you use the ADRK(German), AKC(American) or ? for registration?

You made me laugh when you said he pees on everything 🙂 Besides our Rotts we also have an AKC black Pomeranian who overmarks even the big dogs. I’m glad he isn’t as big as a Rott!

Good health and long life Odin.
