Juno aka Super J

Juno, a male rottie, came to live with us at the beginning part of this summer.

Luckily Juno did not have an abusive past. He had a great relationship with his previous owner. The problem, he was meant to have a life as a dog that achieved titles and produced titling offspring. His previous owner didn`t feel that this was the best lifestyle for Juno, after many discussions it was decided that Juno would come live here with us, to be a pet. I am grateful the breeder recognized this because I adore Juno. There is nothing more satisfying than to be in a position to offer a loving home to an adult pet.

Juno was trained in Schutzhund. We were hoping to get him back into Schutzhund or another sport after spending the summer building a trusting relationship, but he had a health set back. Juno has made a full recovery and is ready to move forward.

Living in a house and with other pets for the first time in his life has been a big adjustment for him. His addition brings the Rottie total in our house #6. Normal house function was all new to him. Laundry day is now amusing for us since he realized it wasn`t going to `rain` on him. He is constantly trying to get his feet and head in the machine for a closer look. He hasn`t tired of attempting to `do the dishes` either. It`s amusing and sad to watch him respond with such puppy curiosity in a big boy body.

He is most content when he is sitting right on you, at times he just can`t get close enough. Every pet offers something unique and special. Juno???s gift is love.

What a wonderful story. You seem to get a lot of joy out of your rottie, I know exactly what you mean, they are great companians.
